- Shipping Issues: If the package received is wrong, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process, you can request a return. Check your package upon receipt. If there are issues, return the package to the courier immediately or contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If you encounter any of the following situations, you may request an exchange:The product doesn't match the description on the website, has clear printing defects, is blurry, or is placed incorrectly. The product is the wrong size. The package you received is lost, incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process. Please contact us, and we will send you the exact replacement item or provide a 100% refund, along with a Discount Voucher for your next purchase, without the need to return the package you received. • If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know and we'll make it right.
• We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
